Dinner for one: spaghetti with wild mushrooms and bok choy

My inaugural homecooked meal tonight was nothing special, but I can’t give mushrooms enough love for the earthy richness and flavorful depth they impart.  The only thing missing was a couple shakes of hot sauce, or maybe some parmesan, but the mushrooms were golden even without the bells and whistles.  A friendly tip: while cooking, avoid those white button mushrooms if you can…they’re dirt cheap for a reason.
