than a cappucino accompanied by fresh brioche au chocolat.
especially when you get the aforementioned items from flour bakery.
This brioche is everything brioche should be–plush, airy, chewy, with a faint crackle on the outside. It really is no wonder flour is so successful when it has such a phenomenal basic brioche dough, the foundation for their famous sticky buns, among other pastries. The homemade poptarts also looked fun and tasty, as did all the variously shaped muffins and cakes. While it is nice to have an excuse to across the river, I am delighted that a flour branch will be opening up in Cambridge soon.
